At the beginning ... it was a tweet. John Sheridan retweeted Giuseppe Sollazzo and his: "Who said it first". And I wanted to do the same with italian Parliament open data about Q&A.
It was a great experience. I've learned so much, as it was an hackaton.
The main difference between the 2 projects is that, in my case, I've populated my maria db server with the Parliament's open data.
